ACCOMMODATION BOOKING REQUEST FORM

PLEASE NOTE
This form is to be completed only after CONFIRMATION that a unit is available for rental and pricing has been established.

Bookings are based on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Reservations may be made at any time, subject to availability.

Reservations will be confirmed within 48 hours upon receipt of deposit. The deposit will be credited towards the total bill upon check-in.

No reservations are accepted without receipt of deposit.

Your credit card information will be kept on file through the duration of your stay. If there is any damge or missing items, you will be charged accordingly. In the event keys are not returned or left behind, there will be a $25 replacement fee for each regular key and $100 for each electronic key. Since we DO NOT charge cleaning fees at The Knickerbocker building, we expect each unit to be left in a tidy condition, if not a minimum of $50 will be charged. No exceptions.

UPON CHECK-IN, a $100.00 cash deposit is required to cover any damage to rental unit. This deposit will be refunded at check-out after inspection of rental unit and return of key.

CANCELLATION POLICY
All requests for cancellations and modifications must be made in writing to Swole Enterprizes.
No refund of deposit will be given for any cancellation (including no-show).

ALL RENTALS ARE NON-SMOKING UNITS
In the event that the renter is found smoking in the rental unit, a $125.00 charge will accessed.
