CEO Cory Fritzler has been buying, renting, and selling properties since he was 22 years old. He has invested in real estate markets around the world including Australia and Brazil. Cory currently holds a mixture of both commercial and residential real estate valued over 3 million dollars. His company, Swole Enterprizes, is a new Real Estate Investment Company whose focus is to procure, rehabilitate, sell, hold and manage above market average properties.  

Swole Enterprizes consists of licensed Real Estate Professionals and General Contractors in both FL and TX. The company is split into divisions for Property Acquisition/Sales, Property Management and Education, and General Contractor Service for real estate renovation/repairs. We currently intend to buy between 10 – 25 houses a year, with the intention of holding some and selling others. Our Goal is to rapidly increase this over the coming years. The purpose is to provide affordable housing for the middle-high income rental market. This housing will be above average in quality with amenities for our tenants. Our goal is to attract high quality long term tenants that will appreciate the added value they receive in our properties.

Our primary mission is to acquire single family homes in the greater DFW area of TX with our current focus on select areas of Fort Worth, Arlington, Grand Prarie, Dallas, and Mesquite. These areas have a high rental market and many properties have been neglected by their landlords for years. This provides us with a unique opportunity to corner a market that will allow us to acquire, rehab, and rent to an underserviced market. We are sought after by our tenants because of our ability to provide higher quality properties.

In addition to personally holding properties, Swole Enterprizes sells properties to investors and local home owners. We offer packages of fully rented, managed, newly renovated houses that provide stability, positive monthly cash flow. Investors will most certainly get an excellent return on their investment with the help of a fantastic management team.
